MSc., CSCS, Dip. IOC Sports Nutrition
Greg is the founder of Premier Physiology and Nutrition and brings a unique blend of academic expertise and athletic experience. As a former athlete, Greg played NCAA ice hockey, winning a National Championship in 2010 along with earning All-American honours in 2011. From there, Greg played professional hockey in both North America and Europe.
Academically, Greg holds a BSc in Sports Medicine from Norwich University & a Master's Degree of Sports Nutrition, where his research focused on the impact of hydration on physical and cognitive performance in elite ice hockey players. Greg also holds a Diploma of Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee.
Greg has extensive experience working in sports performance and nutrition, which includes working with the Gatorade Sports Science Institute, performing hydration testing on various sports teams including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Hockey Canada World Juniors players, the Toronto Marlies, and the University of Guelph Women's Varsity Soccer Team. Greg has also been working with elite athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 10 years, and is currently the Director of Sports Science for the Barrie Colts Hockey Team of the Ontario Hockey League.

Joe is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a strong foundation in both academic training and hands-on experience in elite sport environments.
Joe earned an Honours Bachelor Degree of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, and holds certifications as a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT), ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and in Active Release Techniques (ART).
With over five years of experience working with athletes at the junior, collegiate, and professional levels, Joe has developed a deep understanding of performance optimization, injury prevention, and recovery strategies. His professional background includes roles as the Athletic Therapist for the Trail Smoke Eaters of the BCHL and the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he supported high-performance hockey players through both in-season and off-season demands.
Joe continues to work closely with elite athletes at Milo Athletics, combining advanced therapeutic techniques with tailored strength and conditioning programs to support performance and long-term athlete development.
