However, when an athlete sweats, large amounts of fluid and electrolytes can be lost in the process, and if not properly replenished, can lead to reductions in sports performance, both physically and mentally.
Sweat loss can be influenced by a number of factors, including intensity and duration of exercise, environmental factors, clothing/equipment worn, as well as individual physiology.
Our hydration testing service allows us to accurately analyze athletes' sweat rates and hydration habits so we can provide precise recommendations for each individual we test!
